Kaggle is one of the most popular online platforms all over the world for data science and Artificial Intelligence. It’s a subsidiary of Google LLC which allows users to find and publish data sets, explore and build models in a web-based data-science environment, work with other data scientists and machine learning engineers and enter competitions to solve data science challenges.

Competitions are held in different areas: finance, medicine, energetics, transport, process forecast, games, image and text processing. Prize money at such AI series competitions can get up to 1,500,000 $.

Nestlogic is happy to have in its team one of the 50th Grandmasters, who takes the 11th place of Kaggle rating. Recently he took public solution (notebook on Python) of financial markets volatility prediction, recomposed it, changed the code and made it public in Volatility Prediction Competition. Thereby he rose through the ranking by 5 positions only in 2 days.

Of course, our Grandmaster had managed to highlight interesting solutions in finances forecasting process after taking part in this competition.
